Capoeira in Schools

Our Kids Capoeira program can easily be brought into an existing school or after school program. We currently teach in both public and private schools throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. Our classes can be adapted for a variety of age groups and fitness levels ages 3–16. We also have a new program geared towards our youngest capoeirstas in preschool.

Students become familiar with all elements of the art form and learn new ways of moving their bodies in time with rhythm, playing percussion instruments, singing songs in Portuguese, and gaining confidence in expressing themselves through dance.
